Laser Welding Machine
Our battery pack laser welding machine is designed for high-precision, non-contact welding of lithium-ion battery modules and packs, including prismatic, cylindrical, pouch, and blade formats. Utilizing fiber laser technology, it welds busbars, electrode tabs, and module connectors with exceptional accuracy and minimal thermal impact.
1. Capable of welding up to 15 cylindrical cells per second, or full modules in structured paths such as lines, arcs, or custom patterns.
2. Achieves ±50 µm with integrated vision-guided positioning and real-time path compensation.
3. Equipped with AI-based anomaly detection (e.g., porosity or incomplete welds) to ensure quality and automatic rework when needed.
4. Suitable for welding copper, aluminum, nickel, stainless steel, and dissimilar metals used in busbars and cell tabs.
5. Class I laser enclosure with interlocked doors, industrial cooling system, inert gas protection options, and remote diagnostics for minimal downtime.
